Unlike other business brokers, I back myself to sell your business. I leave no stone unturned to get you the best possible price — and if I don't sell your business within 6 months, you get your advertising and marketing money back in full.

How the Guarantee Works

At Business and Co, we do things differently. I don't just list your business and hope for the best — I actively market it, qualify buyers, attend inspections, follow up leads, negotiate offers and work hard to achieve the strongest possible result.

That's why I offer a Service Guarantee.

If your business does not sell within the 6-month exclusive agency period, I will refund your advertising and marketing fee in full.

Important Conditions

Some situations are outside my control and will void the guarantee. Most of these conditions depend on the seller being committed, cooperative and realistic throughout the selling process.

You change your mind about selling the business.

I bring you an offer within the agreed valuation range and you reject it.

Your landlord does not approve the buyer, refuses to grant a new lease, or changes the current lease terms.

You fail to provide required documents including financials, lease documents, plant and equipment list, stock details, supplier information or other key paperwork, and this causes a buyer to withdraw.

You start dealing directly with buyers introduced by Business and Co.

You appoint another broker or agent during the exclusive agency agreement period.

You are not cooperative with providing information, arranging inspections, responding to buyer questions or supporting the sale process.

This guarantee is designed to show sellers that I am serious about getting results. If I do my job and the business still does not sell, your advertising money comes back.

But if the sale is prevented by seller decisions, missing information, landlord issues or interference with the sales process, the guarantee no longer applies.

It does not apply where the seller breaches the agency agreement, refuses reasonable offers within the agreed valuation range, fails to provide required information, withdraws from sale, deals directly with introduced buyers, appoints another broker during the exclusive term, or where landlord/lease approval issues prevent completion.
