We invest in a professional marketing campaign and run a structured sale process to bring you genuine, qualified buyers within your agreed valuation range.
If we do our job and the business still does not sell within six months, the initial administration fee you paid directly to Business & Co is refunded.
Advertising and marketing costs are spent with real suppliers on your campaign, so they are non-refundable. We are upfront about that from day one.
The guarantee protects sellers who back the process. It no longer applies where seller decisions, missing information or landlord issues prevent a sale.
The Results Guarantee is subject to the following additional conditions.
The Business & Co Results Guarantee is available only to sellers who engage the Express Sale Package.
The guarantee applies only if the Exclusive Agency Agreement remains in force for a minimum of three (3) months. Terminating the agreement before the end of the initial three-month period automatically voids the guarantee.
All monthly instalments and other amounts due under the Agency Agreement must be paid on or before the due date. Any missed or overdue payment immediately voids the guarantee, and the full fee must be paid within the guarantee period for the guarantee to apply.
Business & Co's maximum liability is limited to a refund of the initial administration fee, being 20% of the fee paid to date directly to Business & Co. Advertising, marketing, commissions, legal, accounting, valuation and third-party costs are non-refundable.
