Business and Co was built from real experience — not theory.

Having owned and sold more than 10 businesses across hospitality, real estate, telecommunications, and retail, I understand firsthand the highs, the lows, the pressure, the excitement, and the relentless challenges that come with running a business. My journey started at just 15 years old in a family business, and since then, business has never just been work — it’s been life.

I’ve sat on both sides of the table. As a buyer. As a seller. As an operator. And as someone who has worked inside one of Australia’s leading media companies, News Corp, gaining deep insight into cut-through advertising, modern marketing, and the power of social media to make businesses stand out.

Through years of dealing with traditional business brokers, one thing became very clear: the industry hasn’t kept up. Many still market businesses the way they did in the 1980s — static listings, outdated methods, and little understanding of how today’s buyers actually discover opportunities.

Business and Co exists to change that.
